More than thirty-five years ago, Bill Mitchell and Tom Mathews set out to build the leadership team that became WealthWave. They had no headquarters, no theater, and no studio. They had a room, a screen, a calendar, and one monthly discipline: roll out the green carpet and invite the people they believed in to come see what they were building.
Guests got an inside look at the business model and heard the case for financial literacy from the people living it. Some left understanding their own money for the first time. Some left with a new career. In their first decade, Bill personally introduced and developed more than 100 leaders, and Tom developed more than 50. Every one of them started as a guest.
